Hi Dr Lam.
I was wondering what is your experience on working with biracial (particularly Eurasian) noses. Are there extra challenges that arise in preserving ethnicity in a mixed-race nose when there are less ethnic features to the nose to begin with? I'm Eurasian (and male) and have a nose with more Caucasian features than Asian, but my biggest concern with rhinoplasty is preserving ethnicity. I'd like more tip definition and possibly narrowing/shortening of the tip without any pointiness, but I think the bridge of my nose is already at a good place as it's right at the top of my eye. Obviously I'd need a consultation to hear more specific information, but I'd like to hear your general thoughts on the matter.
