Dr Lam,

Do you have any thoughts about Hydroxyapatite for cheek augmentation? Not in the context of Radiesse injections, but in the context of a surgical procedure where Hydroxyapatite is used to augment the cheekbones.

i have not seen that done so i do not have any comments. as you probably know my philosophy, i think that would probably be ok for someone in his or her 20s but as we get into the mid 30s and beyond the aging process exposes bone making our cheeks look worse with anything that augments the bone structure.
