only if you have a bad rhinoplasty surgeon operate on you 20 times, then put in bad cheek and chin implants, bleach your skin, and do an unnatural browlift on you, then your chances are quite high. o/w i would say no unless you are asking something that i am missing here.

when you say there is 'no problem' do you mean that there is absolutely zero risk in having an otoplasty. no, that would be a lie. like everything in life, there is risk. it is the surgeon's job to explain that risk to you such as risk of infection, bleeding, need for revision surgery, scarring, asymmetry, permanent deformity- all of these are risks with any procedure you take with any surgeon. the difference is that if you go to a surgeon who has extensive experience with otoplasty your risks are much much much much much much less than someone who has no idea what he is doing. hope that is clear.

Does ear pinning involves these risks?

yes, every surgery that i do carries those risks but they are very rare and typically minor in experienced hands.
