Return to workouts after trampoline neck lift?

Postby nharsh001 » Tue Feb 22, 2011 12:55 pm

Hi, Dr. Lam! You're doing a trampoline neck lift on me in May. How soon after surgery can I return to my workouts (weights & cardio)?

And, is it common to be nervous that there won't be a noticeable difference after surgery?

Thanks!

1. you can return pretty quickly. i would give it a week just so that you don't turn your head too much.
2. it is common to be nervous about a lot of things but i think you should have a nice improvement but as i said just under the chin area not in the lower neck area. however, i think most of what you have is higher up.
