What is a conservative estimate of the downtime if fat is injected into the cheek area alone? Also what other filler do you like in the cheek besides fat.

first, i rarely inject fat just into the cheeks. it won't be worth it because blending the fat around to other areas helps make the fat look so much better and more natural other than just cheeks standing out. that being said it is about 10 days of not looking great. if you do just cheeks just go with restylane. the reason my fat results look good is that i have blended multiple small areas of the face to create a balanced rejuvenation. too many cheeks are done alone and they just stick out without a proper blending around the eye and lower face area. that is my opinion.
