Excessive scar tissue

Excessive scar tissue

I consider to take an operation, but I'm worried about the developing of scar tissue after the operation, because I have a thick skin. Except injections and a prolonged period of taping the nose: are there other ways to reduce the risk of scar tissue after the operation?

the best way to limit scarring is to prevent it in the first place. the key key key is not to overreduce the cartilage during rhinoplasty, as i mention in the ethnic rhinoplasty videos:
