undereye hallows

Postby manda87 » Sun Dec 19, 2010 2:15 am

dr lam, ive been asking you questions about my possible chin implant (the one who would love an alternative to an implant hehe) anyway, that's my main concern. however, something that has been bothering me just as long is my hereditary purplish dark circles. The skin under my eyes is very thin, and the veins are apparent. it's hallow. i've heard that fillers are a good solutuion. i dont like the idea of having to "re do" it every 6 months. ive also heard its tricky to get it right. i want something permanent. i head some things about laser for undereye problems? please tell me there is something. :)

sorry, somehow i totally missed this post until now. if you are young, then the permanent fat grafting would not be a good idea since it might not age well for you. for a comprehensive video on this subject, please watch the following:

also, fillers under the eyes can start lasting very long time after a couple of rounds. yes, you can have problems under the eye. that is why you must find someone experienced doing it. i use these micro cannulas from france that not only virtually eliminates bruising but it provides tremendous ability to sculpt smoothly.
best,
sml
