Hi Dr lam,

May i know if alarplarty scars can be corrected with geometrical broken line repair?

Slight indention around the alar and turns red sometimes.

Do you have any suggestion for softening and minimizing the scars appearance?

I have done 1 erbium laser on the scars but dont see much improvement.

GBLR will not work. it will make it worse. scar revisions really are not suitable in the ala. there is really not a great answer. those scars do not heal well in general. lasers are helpful, and possible dermabrasion can help too in the right hands.
