Rhinoplasty by an ENT

Postby deltaz44 » Tue Dec 07, 2010 4:05 pm

My ENT has suggested septoplasty and can do rhinoplasty as well. I asked about how many rhinoplasty's he completes a year and was informed that he has a 20 year career and has completed 300-400 over this period of time and currently completes 15-25 a year now.
I would like some feedback on if this is enough, or should I look elsewhere. He seems pleasant and likeable and he has before and after photos. I am just concerned that this is not his specialty so to speak and this is a big event in my life the last thing I want to do is pick the wrong physician. I am considering this because my insurance will pay for most of the septoplasty after deductible with his office. Thanks so much in advance

Here are his credientials according to their website:

hi,
i certainly am not in a position to comment on another physician's credentials on this web site. i am sorry i cannot do that. it is not right. you really must do your research and trust your instincts about your surgeon. good luck with that.
best,
sml
