Which helix deformity is this?

Hello, I'm trying to do some research into which deformity I have, so I can get a better understanding and then price the proper otoplasty.

i need a frontal view. to me it looks like principally a cup deformity with a lip lop ear deformity but i need to see it from the front. also, photos are not as accurate as an in-person consultation. finally, price is the same for a cup and/or a lop ear deformity.
