Hi Dr Lam I have a couple of questions on a possible lip reduction. I have a full top and bottom lip which I do enjoy having I just always thought my top lip was too big and had a weird shape. My top lip always seemed very high in the middle of my lip, so I wanted to know if its possible to keep my lip full but change the shape bringing the middle of my top lip down? I also wanted to know if its a possible procedure or are you able to reduce some of the fat around my top lip? Can I pm you a picture to give you a better idea on what I'm talking about? I wish I was able to just go to your office but I live out of state, so I really look foward to your help. Thanks so much.

1. i have a hard time understanding what you want so please PM me a photo.
2. i typically can reduce the part of the lip that is bothersome but again i need to see what i am dealing with and what you want precisely.
3. the fat in the white lip is very hard to manage. i do not have an easy answer for you on that one.

ok, you look like an excellent candidate for upper lip reduction and possibly a conservative lower lip reduction if that interests you (but not necessary). i cannot reduce the fullness of the fat portion above your upper lip. if you would like to schedule things, please call our office 972-312-8188 or 888-866-3388. please let me know if you have more questions.
