I will tell you in brief the case I have, and please guide me what needs to be done as this is really affecting all my life, I had stopped to meet people as all of them notice that I look worst now, and I do feel very bad low self esteem because of my current case.

In brief:

I had long term check injection in 2007 and result was very good.

In 2008, I had fat transfer to cheek and lip augmentation and result was not good at all.

In 2009, dr advised me have cheek implants to counter my face as the fat transfer made my face looks like a ball, I had the operation and after the operation my doctor told me that he has removed my buccal fat to grant me good results, after 3 week it turned that my implant has infected a needs to be removed.

As a result of that my face became very slim under eyes full of hallow and my face was awful, in 2010 I had 2 times fat transfer and 3 times sculptra injection, my face now is good but I lost my pointed cheeks and the high bone cheeks look as well as my lip is covering my upper teeth.

I need to know what operation u suggest we can do to turn my pretty lady and how long do I stay in usa after the operations or treatment you will be suggesting.

your question is a bit too complicated for this forum. this is something that requires a formal consultation with me. that being said, it does not sound as if you are a good candidate to be my patient. there is a lot of stuff going on with your face: recent fat grafts and sculptra that make permanent work very difficult for me to layer on top of. i do not like putting fat on top of sculptra on top of multiple fat grafts, especially when the fat transfer is so recent. my philosophy is that fat grafts take about a year to mature and sculptra fades over 2 to 3 years so for me to do any fat transfer may not be the right thing for you. the only thing i would probably offer are temporary fillers but that is something perhaps you can do in your native country.
sorry about that,
