Thank you doctor Lam for making my lip reduction procedure painless and successful. I am back home now and thinking of all of you at the center. I thank each and every one of you. I also wanted to let you know that I have not experienced any pain at all and have not had much swelling. I enjoyed being in Dallas, it's such a beautiful city. my lip looks ammazing and the sutures are about to dissolve. Thank you letter to Dr Lam:

Dr. Lam, thank you for helping me start a new life. When I first came to see you six months ago I had no idea of the potential for correction of my facial problems. I came to you after losing 80 pounds over the course of a year through natural means; exercise, yoga and diet. After all that hard work I was very upset and in despair because while my body looked much better, my face had dramatically changed for the worse. I describe it as "my face fell down". His level of confidence is so high that he inspires confidence in the patient. Just watch his videos on his website and you will see how knowledgeable he is, you will hear the caring and empathy for his patients in his voice. He is a very authentic person, what you see IS what you get!!

I can't even get started on how great his office staff is, but as a manager I can tell you that with all of the attributes I mentioned above, this guy must really be a genius because it is never easy to run a high-caliber medical practice and he has mastered that, too! I have never seen such a flawless operation of skilled professionals that make his practice "tick" like a precision timepiece.
