Hi Dr. Lam,
I have hollow upper eyelids and I had restylane injected a year ago. It doesn't look very natural although it sort of filled out the void the lump shows when my eyes are closed. I also had fat injected at eyelids 1.5 yr ago and it didn't last. So do you do fat transfer on only upper eyelids? I emailed your staff and she said you only do full facial fat trasfer but not on eyes only. I don't think I need fat transfer for entire face right now.

how old are you first of all? if you are young and have very hollow lids then that would make sense. if you are over 35, then there are a lot of little areas that you don't think you need because you don't know about them. they make the face look youthful and fresh. if you are older send me a photo and i can be the judge of what is going on better.
