Hi Dr. Lam,
I live in India and am very keen to get a fat face and butt tranfer done from you. Any plans of you coming down to our country? I have consulted a few surgeons here post reading your blogs and excerpts from your book "complimentry .." and 80% of the things I hear are contrary to it which is making me v uneasy...please please do give a solution. Either I could afford a tkt to America or get the procedure done - do suggest some options.

yes, i think most doctors overfill the face and touchup the face way too often. i believe that in 95% of my patients they just need one treatment and patience to allow the fat to blend upwards to a result at 12 to 18 months. besides technically accurate fat, i also believe in artistically balanced work. that is really the key so that you don't have unbalanced overfilled results. btw, i do not do butt transfers. i specialize in the face and hands. sorry about that.

thank you for the prompt response. Would you be able to reccommend a doctor in India for my face? Also, please guide me what all should I ask/look out for before getting the procedure which would be a good indication to ahead. (besides the credentials)

sorry, i really cannot recommend another doctor. no one really does it the way that i do.
