is this keloid or hypertrophic? scars resulting from liposuction cannula

Can it be treated with fraxel and recell treatment? i am looking for as much of the scar to be gone rather than just cutting and re sewing thank you

most likely a hypertrophic scar. the way that i treat them is a combination of 5-FU injections and KTP laser. that is typically the safest and most effective method to improve the situation.
