LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

Hello there , I'm 28 years old middle eastern male with deep ice pick acne scars on my cheek and the area under my ears , both side (left side is little deeper with sharper edges) i had Fraxel laser treatment and honestly after 2 years i can tell that i didn't see any improvement. my skin looked a little better and smoother while i was doing a treatment every 2 months but after i stopped it due to the cost and recovery time my skin look just like what it was before ! so here is my question , is there any treatment that could help me to "improve" these scars at all ?

if they are tiny little holes then the CROSS treatment with 100% TCA should help. if you have larger indents, then silicone injections can lift them up. you can check out the forum and this website for greater details regarding these two treatments.
