Otoplasty 2 months post op

Postby samsunguser » Wed Jul 21, 2010 2:26 pm

Hi, I had bilateral ear correction surgery over 2 months ago now - i'm pleased with the results but i'm just so anxious all the time about them coming forward again. I want to enjoy my new ears by putting my hair up 'normally' but then i feel dread about 'what if' my ears come forward and what a big disappointment that would be. Can you tell me how long i will have to wait until i can be free from this anxiety? Hope you can help.

hi,
glad your surgery was a success. if i am not your surgeon, i cannot answer that question because i do not want to give you conflicting advice from your surgeon. it would be unsafe to do so. sorry.
best,
sml
