follicular macular atrophy / perifollicular elastolysis

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

I have hundreds of tiny white bumps on my chest after acne there as a teen. It's been over 10 years and they are still there. They are more visible when I turn red (working out) or get tan. Do you have any effective treatments for the condition? I've attached a picture I found online that reflects my condition.
