I am interested in getting rhinoplasty. I have a hump, bulbous tip, and slight crookedness. I can email the pictures if you provide an email address.

Also, I am interested in getting my lips augmented. In the past I have gotten Restylane. It has been more than a year since my last injection. The facts that the results are temporary and repeated treatments are kind of expensive have been the negative points. However, I am very interested in getting the Silikon-1000 for more permanent results.

Additionally, I'm in my mid 20's and have started developing forehead wrinkles and smile lines. I am also interested in botox or fillers for them. However, the rhinoplasty and lip augmentation are my primary concern.

The only thing is that I am overseas. I will be coming back to US next month (August). The amount of time I can feasibly spend in Texas is about 7-10 days. So, I am wondering if it is in any way possible to get an appointment for consultation and surgery the day I come in and/or the day after.

Also, can you provide an estimate for the procedures to help my decision. Thank you.

a few things:
1. i am booking into august and beyond so we would have to coordinate things very soon. ideally i perform a phone consult with you. you can send me photos on here as private messages or to my email drlam@lamfacialplastics.com as a start.
2. yes, 7 to 10 days is enough. i need to remove sutures 7 days after and you need to be here a day before for consents etc. so you would be at the 9 day window.
3. lip augmentation with silicone i tend to be more conservative with 20 somethings because i want it to age well. plus, i typically would have to do a couple of rounds to see a better result. time interval between treatments is about at least a month but obviously you could wait a lot longer for another round. for a very subtle result, one round can be enough but most oftentimes it is not.
4. botox we could do the day before. in young people with bad habits i find 1 or 2 treatments can be enough to break bad habits and allow the face to heal well. we can talk about that more by phone or in person.
