Ptosis/lower lid retraction

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on various surgical techniques for facial rejuvenation, including fat transfer/fat grafting, browlift, blepharoplasty (cosmetic eyelid surgery), facelift, etc. Also, this category includes questions on hand rejuvenation via fat grafting. (Of note, Dr. Lam does not perform body rejuvenation except for hand fat grafting)

Ptosis/lower lid retraction

Hello doctor. Do you do any ptosis and/or lower lid retraction surgery? It is "mild" so not medical but cosmetic.

Thanks.

i used to do it but since i do it so infrequently i do not want to offer a service that i do not perform regularly. i know refer that service to my oculoplastic colleagues. i would find someone who is fellowship trained and board certified by the american board of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery and who has extensive experience and before and afters to support his/her work.
best,

Ok thanks for the response. Can you recommend me anyone? I would like for the eyelids to look more even and get rid of the tired feel of the drooping lids. I have a picture if you would like.

Thanks
