went to have eye tightening enhancement under the eye area because Dr. said that if I removed some of the skin from under the eye area I would not get bags later as I got older. So I went ahead with the minor surgury and when under she also removed my collegen from under the eyes so now I have a sleepy droppy look was wondering if it is safe to inject fillers in this area?? Wish I never did this procedure I look different.....;(
that is a difficult question. it depends on what problem you have. if your eyes are drooping downward, fillers won't work. you might need an oculoplastic surgeon to fix the eyelid position. if it is a hollowness due to over removal of fat then either a filler or fat transfer can help. best, sml

please give me your opinion I have posted a before and after photo, do you think a filler would be an option for me? bottom picture is before and top is after pretty sure you can notice the difference.

based on the photos, fillers will not work. your eyelids are droopy. how old were you when you had this eyelid surgery done? you might need an oculoplastic surgeon but most likely that surgeon will not do any surgery. have you asked your doctor about massaging the area? i really would not fill it to fix the eyelid position. that will not work. i don't have a good answer for you right now. how long ago did you do it? sml
