Greetings from Chicago. I am wondering if undereye surgery and rhinoplasty can be done in one surgery?

I am a 36-year-old female and had a consult with a Chicago oculoplastic surgeon about my undereye puffiness and dark circles. The surgeon recommended a transconjunctival blepharoplasty with partial fat repositioning to fill the hollows. I am very confident in this surgeon, but since I'd also like to correct my nose at the same time, I'm considering other options/surgeons.

Your noses are very impressive, and I'm hoping to have a consult with you about my own. I have a middle-eastern looking nose with a high bridge, bump, and pointy, thick tip.

Do you perform these procedures in one surgery? How long would I have to stay in Dallas?

thank you. yes, i perform both together at the same time with no problem. if you do the nose, i prefer you to be here for a week so that i can personally remove your sutures and splint. i like doing that because i do the suture removal myself which eliminates any discomfort, seriously.
