Hi, I watched your virtual consult regarding chin implants and your use of elongated implants. I have more of an oval jaw/chin and was desiring a more clean lined squared/blocked appearance. Does the type of implant you use provide this effect? Or would their need to be 3 separate implants to achieve such a look (i.e. mandibular implants and chin)? And if so, do you perform this type of procedure? Thanks!
Hi, Typically only one implant is needed. I tend to prefer the conform version that fits on the mandible the best. however, there are many types of extended chin implant styles that i have used including squared off versions if that is what you are looking for. obviously, i would have to see it to make sure that it would actually look good on you. best, sml
