Hi Dr.Lam,
I did nose surgery about 2 years ago. The surgery supposed to reduce some fat on the tip of my nose, make width of my nose shorter, and make the bridge of my nose higher. My nose looked better than before. But I'm still not quite pleased with my nose. It is still kind of wide, thick, and big. I want to do a nose surgery for the second time to fix it. However, I'm worried the result will not be that significant. I want a smaller nose. But the second time surgery might not get that result. How big of a change it will be if I do the surgery for the second time?
Also, if I do the nose surgery for the second time, is the implant need to be taken out ?do I need to wait for 3 months after that?
I greatly appreciate your time, and I would love to discuss further with you. How can I send you my picture privately?
