Fat Dissolve

Postby amminnie » Tue Apr 27, 2010 9:17 am

I had fat transfer on my upper cheeks for 9 cc. each side! Quite a lot. The doctor said he has to put this much because the fat can re-absorb as much as 80%. I'm waiting for 6 months but still ,y cheeks stand out. I want to take it all out since I figure fat cheeks on Asian is too much and ugly.

Is there any way I can dissolve all the fat? I miss my small face. I have a rhinoplastry question too. Where can I send you my pictures? I would be happy to fly to your place after I have an idea what my situations are. I have had 4 rhinoplastries done with Thai surgery doctors and I think some of them lack the ethic nasal anatomy and misunderstood me as an Asian. In which IMy ancestry and I have mixed ethicity .

hi,
that is quite a bit of fat. i have no easy answer for you to dissolve fat. some people use lipodissolve/mesotherapy but i cannot recommend that directly to you since i have no experience with it. some people liposuction it but i have not had success with it. i hope that at 6 months it continues to go down. my aesthetic for cheeks in any race is much more conservative. i don't overfill because my fat holds well.

as far as the nose, you can send me a private message here with a more detailed description of your situation.
best,
sml
