hi dr. Lam, i need your opinion

dear dr. lam,

good day to you doctor, i have seen your video about otoplasty and questions begin to grow in my mind. you know i dont have good ears, they are not symmetrical with each other. i am already in high school and begin to notice that i am different from other girls. what i did is that, i clipped them with headbands even if it hurt a bit. i just want to ask if what im doing right now is an advantage or disadvantage for my ears.

you know i really dont hate my ears i just want to be with others sometimes, in fact i love my ears because they tell me even if i had them im still "beautiful". lol! lol! i dont want to be serious enough doctor, i know youre tired from surgeries .i just want to lighten you up a little bit. , , . . > but what my mother told me, if a guy loves you, he will truly take you whatever difference you got. well, that inspires me all this time. ( im just sharing) lol!

. . . ♥well, more power on you're business and hope you dont mind answering my question. God bless you always doctor and also to you're staff♥ . . .

hi,
thanks for the question. unfortunately, i am not certain what you are asking. could you rephrase that?

...oh, im sorry if i have stated my question so confusing hehehe....

what i mean doctor is that, i used to hide my ears you know, whenever i go to school or to the mall, i wear my headband and hid my ears there, im just asking if the alternative clipping of my ears can be bad to me, because it hurt a bit.

by the way, thanks doctor for giving attention to my post.... i wish you luck on your daily activities. •••good day••• ☻☺☻

hmmm, i don't think that a headband would hurt your ears. obviously, if it is so tight that they are hurting, that may not be a great idea.
