LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

I recently vacationed in Bangkok and noticed many clinics advertising "Lip Lighteners". Since I could not read Thai I did not know how the procedure went about but I saw pictures of purple/brown lips change color to a less purple and more peachy color lip. Is this something you are able to do? If so, how can you do it? If not, should I be talking to a dermatologist instead?

My lip color is tad darker with a little more of a purple tint to it.

-i am half southeastern asian / half eastern asian
