Approximately how many african american rhinoplasty surgeries have you done? I am considering it, but all my research says to find someone who has before and after photos of work done. I only see one photo on your site for this.

yes, i perform one about once a month along with asian and hispanic noses that are very similar to the african nose. i do not know how many i have performed but i have done a lot of them. the problem is that i have most of my ethnic noses fly in for my work and they also tend not to allow me to use photos. it is near impossible for me to get african americans to allow me to use photos on my site. i would appreciate reviewing your case if you are interested.

Ok, that makes me feel better that you are not a novice at this. I am nervous that the outcome could be bad. My nose is wide and flat and spreads across my face when I smile. The bridge is almost non-existent. I am located here in the DFW area, so maybe using some before and after photos of me (should I decide to proceed) might help you draw more clients. Guess I would like to have a good idea of what I would look like afterwards before I make my decision. I tried sending you a photo, but can't get it attached. It's a .jpg file which should be valid. Is there another way I can get it to you?
