You seem incredibly competent and involved with your patients. Thanks for the forum and videos/pics. It pains me to ask, but since I lack the financial means to visit you, is there a doctor you would recommend in Los Angeles or California that can perform silicone injections on rolling acne scars?

As a side note: Consider 10, 20, 30, 40 years of aging after micro silicone for acne scars; doesn't skin get lax and saggy and lose collagen? So how does that affect the silicone?

sorry, i personally do not know someone that i can recommend you to. putting small amounts of silicone should not affect things. there is a 30 year retrospective study on acne scars with silicone that i read that shows that things hold up well over time.
