LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

I'm a a black male with some discoloration on my upper lip. My upper lip is brown in color but the discoloration is pink. I think it's because I used to bite my lips and the brown part of the lip hasn't grown back (it's been a few years). I want to know if there was a way to fix the discoloration through lip reduction or some other technique?

only if the pink is toward the edge of the lip where it meets the wet lip and only if the lip itself appears oversized and would benefit from reduction. i would need to see a picture and understand what your goals are for lip reduction.
