I watched all of your Youtube videos on Fat Grafting to the face. I think that your methods are superb.

Given your expertise on the subject, I would like to know your thoughts on Stem Cell Enhanced Facelifts. Have you seen the latest findings...what are your thoughts? Is this a procedure that you will be providing in the future?

I think the jury is still out on all of this. I like the saying: don't be the first person on the block doing something or the last. The good news is that with every fat transfer supposedly I am putting in stem cells. To be honest, who knows. I try not to sell this as a marketing gimmick. I would rather say that people need a fat transfer to look young. Whether they get a little bang from "stem cells" is a questionable bonus. The reason that I am uncertain about stem cells is that I think what happens to the skin is that the fat transfer adds so much light bounce to the skin that the skin looks significantly better. who knows though. i am waiting to hear if just putting stem cells in there will be so "2010" by 2011. fat transfer on the other hand (containing whatever stem cells) creates wonderful long-term rejuvenative results.
