I am going through what you ladies are going through. And I am only 22 :'( I have horrible anxiety and wake up in the middle of the night. I had an ethnic bulbous nose and my surgeon made it so deflated. He also made the tip the same size as the top =( my doing an alar base reduction. I am freaking out and am wondering Dr. Lam if I could use a filler to make the tip bigger and make it more round? I am desperate and need to look at least halfway decent like I did before. I used to be so beautiful now I'm the girl with the weird freaky overdone nose. I feel like Michael Jackson

fillers are a bit harder to do in the tip because the skin does not stretch much, but i have done some fillers there and it can help. sorry to hear of your situation. hopefully things improve over time. :)
