the goal of any rhinoplasty is to perform only a single procedure to attain the results. however, not everyone is a candidate for nose surgery. when there is a large hump, that is typically something more straightforward to accomplish. when the tip is "overprojected" too far forward, it is a bit less assured to bring it back. if the skin is thick and bulbous, then that can make it even more difficult. i would have to see the nose preferably in person to help make that determination of suitability. sometimes a rhinoplasty can have a good chance at improvement but sometimes based on the anatomy the gains achievable are more limited.

Dr. you don't understand i want to change my nose completely, I don't want any roundness to it, both my parents have slim noses, i don't even look like their child because mine is wide, sad thing is my nose was small when i was a child, I always had small eyes, and small lips(still do) but as got older my nose got wide, which with the small eyes, and lips, its very non proportioned un balance... I'll do what it takes to get it smaller even if it means destroying the original nose and for the surgeon to create a new small one........Is this possible?

i think i do understand, and the answer is in most cases no. you cannot destroy a nose and put it back on your face. you can only modify it to improve it. for someone that wants this radical a change, most likely it is not achievable.
