Fat grafting for Facial Rejuvenation

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on various surgical techniques for facial rejuvenation, including fat transfer/fat grafting, browlift, blepharoplasty (cosmetic eyelid surgery), facelift, etc. Also, this category includes questions on hand rejuvenation via fat grafting. (Of note, Dr. Lam does not perform body rejuvenation except for hand fat grafting)

sorry that you can't log in. the answer is that i personally do not perform that procedure. i have not tried in the past so i don't know if it is good or bad but in speaking with other physicians who have tried it, they have not been impressed. i have also spoken with patients who have failed the procedure. but please keep in mind i see a ton of revision patients who fly in for me to help them so i have a natural bias set up since i mainly see failures.
best,

again i cannot comment on dermal grafts. silicone can be done in any skin type but so long as the problem is principally a subdermal problem. it is harder to manage when it is directly a dermal issue. hope that makes sense.
