LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

I had lip reduction surgery on my upper and lower lips in July 09, and I am unhappy with the results because they're still swollen, I still cant smile and they're just stiff. There is also dry skin forming too. I reallly need your help, to know if this can be fixed. I did contact the dr but he hasn't helped.
