hi doctor, i would like to ask if it's possible to do fats injection on the nose bridge to make the bridge taller?

i have tried that and it is not a reliable method to accomplish the result. the blood supply is not as good on the nose for it to take. however, the only time i do fat transfer onto the nose is if i am doing the entire face and i am dealing with a scarred down bridge from previous rhinoplasty that i want to thicken the soft-tissue envelope and i don't charge the patient for that.
