This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)
i have had success but only moderate success. i tend only to work on larger scars and not pores. if they are too large then cross won't work. all of this is tricky and requires my seeing it in person to make that judgment. however, in general, it is not consistently reliable to manage your condition. best, sml

Thanks dr lam for your reply, yes they are scarred pores not just normal pores. Are thier any treatments that i can do punch excision, scalpel excision, skin grafts or etc on the nose? Or am I destined to have these 1mm holes in certain spots on my nose forever.
unfortunately, everything you listed is dangerous and won't work. and unfortunately, i know of no other safe way to handle it. best, sml

typically minutes. however, i have seen a few hours too. generally, it is the slight redness, dark flaking, and eventual hyperpigmentation that causes more of a recovery issue. the frosting does not.
