hi, i'm sorry to hear of your condition and obviously would like to help. i really think that this sophisticated laser question should go to a cosmetic dermatologist in your area. i am just not equipped to answer your question from this distance. sorry to disappoint. best, sml

Thank you Dr. Lam, I am really so sad and disappointed to hear that, but if i got the chance to come to you on states there would be a treatment or its hopeless case?? because i went here to cosmetic dermatologist and there was a lot of contradiction answers some told me that its a physical disgrace and there's no treatment and some said that it will cost you a a lot of money and it will not disappear totally and I am really afraid to do this here in Egypt because they are not totally professional and they may burn my skin or to get worse than that.
i would love to treat you but honestly i don't think i am the right doctor. my main specialty is surgery of the face. for complicated brown areas, i would send this out to a cosmetic dermatologist. plus, it would most likely take many sessions. that is not fair to someone who lives so far away. although i would be honored to be your physician, i just don't think there is a match in this case. i hope you find the right doctor to take care of you. best, sml

thanks really for your care and i appreciate it,, i will try to find another dermatologist here i heared about something new in laser called fraxel maybe it would help and really thx again.
sorry to give you some roundabout input, but typically fraxel is not great for your condition. typically, an Nd:YAG is preferable. something that targets brown. i don't know your situation but find a laser that works on deep brown in a selective fashion so long as a dermatologist says it is safe to treat your condition. best wishes, sml
