First off, thank you so much for this forum!! It's really an invaluable resource, and a great testimony to your consideration for us patients as a doctor.
My question is--is it possible to lift the lips to a higher position (just a few mms) on the face using fat grafting? I'm not talking about adding fat to the lips themselves, but maybe to the paranasal or cheek area to "fill out" the skin on the face more and lift the lips as a "side effect," of sorts. Do you think this is doable? I'm a bit gun-shy about getting a lip lift (I don't need SO much lift), and since I need fat transfer anyway, it would be wonderful if I could kill 2 birds with one stone. Thanks again Dr. Lam, and have a great night!
