hi,
i'm sorry that you are not interacting socially the way that you would like. honestly, otoplasty is a precise but not that precise science. there is no way that i can help you improve your condition to that level of precision. many times girls are attracted to how we view ourselves more than anything else. we can create our own worst self image, which is unattractive to those around us. i am not here to play psychologist but i would recommend someone professionally with whom you can speak. i think it will be important to sort that out. when i look at you (at least in the single current photo), i do not see any noticeable deformity. i think it will be important to heal your own self-perception. if you are full of life, happiness, and self confidence, i think girls could be much more attracted to those attributes.
best,

I am going to have an orientation with another doctor. You do not understand. I have tried hard to view myself without big ears, all people seem to realize is the guy with the big ears and it has me very depressed, i cant even leave my house without a beanie without someone commenting on my ears.

hi,
first, sorry i had to edit your comment. in this forum, we do not mention other doctors' names whether good or bad. however, i will say his specialty is microtia repairs, kids without ears that need them. i wish you the best in your endeavors. i hope you find a great surgeon who is compassionate to your situation and who has the skills to perform the necessary surgery for you.
best wishes,

Is there any one you would recommend, who specializes only in ears?? it would mean the world to me if i was able to have my ears become normal and would change my whole entire life for the positive.

i wish i could. i do a ton of ears. just did one today and have another in a couple of days then another in a few days after that. unfortunately, your condition looks beyond what i can do. i wish you the best in your search for a good surgeon to meet your needs.
best,
