when you look at the pic i sent, I was also wondering about combining the lip reductions with a possible partial nose job in the way of leaning out the tip a bit. let me know what you think. i know this procedure is a bit more complicated, but if i am going to be coming back down to dallas i might as well get everything done at once. take care and talk to you soon.

i need to look at your photos i took in my office because sometimes photos taken with a non-professional lens can make the tip look fuller. however, based on my remembrance of your face, i think that rhinoplasty is overkill for you. i think you have a good nose. again, let me review your photos in my office first. if you do not hear from me within 2 days, send me another query in this thread to remind me.
