Dr. Lam,

Please advise how you would treat these types of scars. Have you been successull in the past with these? Let me know if the attachment comes through ok..

your scars look very hard to manage. the photo is not clear. it almost looks as if the scars are raised rather than depressed. if so, KTP laser and 5-FU injections might help.
