Dear Doc,
i added this so you might understand better what I mean

see this image here http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/3161/26618165.jpg
it may not be the best example but it shows roughly what I mean. In red the upper teeth, in green the lip and in blue the strip of tissue you could excise.

The result looks very good. However to me it looks like a regular lip reduction (that is excision at the dry lip/wet lip junction), am I wrong? What did you do exactly in this case? I'm looking for something that not only would make the white lip thinner if that's possible but also that would curve the lip inward a little, exactly what a lip lift does but in the opposite direction you see? In the picture the nasolabial angle didn't change as much as I'd like mine to.

honestly, i think tucking in wet lip fails in delivering very much except except dissatisfaction. i personally think the best that i can do is a lip reduction. if you are looking for more, then i am probably not the right surgeon for you. i wish i could offer you more but that is all i can do. :)
