I noticed that there was a page on your site describing surgiwire; I also did a board search on it, which only pulled up one result. You mentioned that you thought surgiwire was "deadly," and no longer performed it...did you just mean in relation to scarring, or to folds in general? I was actually considering this procedure for my nlfs, and it seems relatively benign since the effects are temporary, and it's not an invasive proedure. What are the negatives? What were the "bad results" you observed with the procedure? Thank you ia, and have a safe trip
fortunately, in my hands i have never had a disaster. i have just had extremely dissatisfied patients with little to no change. i have seen mild scarring in my hands that was managed with 5-FU and silicone coverage. my very experienced colleagues on the other hand have had disasters, including huge scarring, nerve damage, and lumps from injections that occurred from injecting fat and other products simultaneously. i would say this much: DON'T DO IT. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING IT. and i won't do it. i threw all my extra surgiwires away a couple of years ago. i rather they be in the trash than be used for profit. that is how strongly i am opposed to this product. best, sml
