Hi Dr. Lam,

I spoke with you this morning regarding fat graphting. You had so much wonderful information, which I appreciate greatly. However, did you mention to me that you believe the fat graphting was efficient enough for facial rejuvenation, or did you mention a face lift in addition? ;)

thanks. i enjoyed it too. your result will most likely be 85% fat grafting. the neck lift will only help the neck (the muscle band) not the face. you really have no jowl to speak of. hope that is clear.
