Rhinoplasty BIG Regret

Postby Nora » Mon Jun 08, 2009 2:27 pm

hi Dr Lam
great web site .. thank you for giving us the chance to communicate easily ..
i had a rhinoplasty 8 months ago that turned to be my biggest regret in life ..
i originally had a broken deviated nose with a bone bump on the side of the bridge and i had it fixed 4 years ago by ENT doctor
he removed that little bump and nothing done to cartilages .. but later i noticed that the cartilage part is a little higher than the bone part and i wanted just to even it out a little .. i liked everything else in my nose
so i decided to remove that little hump but what happened is :
my nose became very small
the middle part of it is thin and low
the PS made the tip smaller
all this was a dramatic change that made me feel like i lost my identity .. i get scared when i see my self in the mirror
what i need is to widen the middle part of my nose
add high to the supratip area so my nose would look a liilt like my original nose
widen my tip
can all this be done through revision ??
i really need it as i acn not imagine i can live with this nose
please help
i will send pictures if you request
many thanks
Nora
