Hello Dr. Lam,

I have sent you several questions and I appreciate your quick response and concise answers. I am also very excited about my consultation with you as well. My new question is: do you use any fillers other than fat graphing in the hollows of the upper eye? Also, when you use Perlane/Restylane injections for cheeks and jaw line, how long does this substance last? How often would a person schedule an appt. for a touch-up?

1. i use perlane and restylane in the upper eyelid but it is hard with bruising, swelling, and smoothness. i don't prefer it there becase it is far less good than fat.
2. in static areas it can last over a year. i tend to do a touchup at 6 months to a year but usually does not require everything you had put in the first time.
