Hi Dr. Lam,
Would silicone microdroplets injected into acne scars preclude me from having a VERY aggressive laser treatment in the future for wrinkles and/or the same scars? (I'm thinking CO2, Fraxel re:pair, or Pixel at the HIGHEST SETTINGS?) Do you have patients who have undergone aggressive lasers at the highest settings after silicone microdroplets? I just don't want to rule out the (strong) lasers as future treatment options.

i don't think that should be a problem. i have done high intensity plasma over areas of silicone without a problem.

If we are considering, in addition to silicone for depressed acne scars, full CO2 face resurfacing in the future for superficial texture unevenness and discoloration, would you recommend that we have silicone injections before or after the laser? If we had the laser before silicone, how long do you recommend that we wait after the laser to have silicone (and vice versa)?

that is a tough one since i don't know your situation. however, i would say that i would not do either one within maybe a few months of each other like 3+ months. other than that, i don't have firm recommendations that i can think of.
