Hello Dr. Lam:

Can you treat the hollowness are of the lower eyelid with fat? I am concern that if you inject FAT into the upper cheeks area, which I need because my face is flat, that this would make the hollowness worst...Can you please advise if you inded use fat for this area and do you treat tear troughs the same.

let's put it this way. Yes, in almost every case. I would say in about 98% of fat transfers, I am filling the lower eyelid area. It is very important to achieve balance.
